      The nose is reminiscent of exotic fruit and this saline note typical of Afrodina emerges in the aftertaste. This component matures intensely with ageing. With time it acquires a pleasant complexity. Maturing in Barrique. According to the quality guidelines of the Albert Mathier & Söhne wine family, Vinum Lignum Aphrodine is harvested by hand at the ideal time of maturity.
