      Grapes:  Pinot noir

      The grapes are dried on straw for 3 months. This is followed by controlled fermentation without malolactic fermentation. Everything in accordance with AOC regulations and the quality requirements of the Albert Mathier & Sons wine family. Match with: Dessert, chocolate or as a pure wine enjoyment. Tip: for a harmonious end to the evening as an accompaniment to a fruit cake, for example with plums.
