Vinification : This classic Valais sweet wine is harvested in December when the grapes have a sugar content of between 140 and 160 Oechsle. We do not use malolactic fermentation for the Malvoise Flétrie.

Colour: amber yellow. Aroma: fine coconut aroma with beautiful honey notes. Flavour: Despite its high residual sugar content, Malvoise Flétrie has a pleasant acidity. Fine caramel notes and subtle roasted flavours complete the taste experience.
