The Quattromani is a wine born of friendship. It is through research, passion and professionalism that the new 2015 vintage is produced. A wine of great quality that represents the full expression of Terra Ticinese and its main grape variety, Merlot. Quattromani is a "cuvée" consisting of a blend of four pure Merlot wines selected by their respective producers in the best vineyards of the four regions that make up the wine-producing Ticino. Thus the personality of Quattromani is formed by the fragrance contributed by Guido Brivio from the Mendrisiotto; the structure is contributed by Claudio Tamborini from the Lugano area; elegance is conferred by Angelo Delea from the Locarno area, while Feliciano Gialdi, from the Tre Valli, adds character.

It has a deep burgundy red colour with garnet hues. Beautiful, vinous, dark, deep, its bouquet is fresh, slightly spicy and enhanced by notes such as nutmeg and vanilla. On the palate it is full-bodied, elegant, ample and enveloping; it has pleasant soft tannins that give it a delicate and pleasant fragrance. Long and persistent aftertaste.

Excellent with red meats, roasts, braised meats, boiled meats, game, cured meats and hard alpine cheeses.
