The Grappa Charme produced in our Losone winery, is made from the marc of the popular Charme Spumante Bianco Brut IGT, which consists of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Merlot.
To make this grappa, the fermented marc is kept in steel tanks while it awaits distillation.
It has a beautiful crystal colour and a very pleasant, aromatic bouquet with notes of flowers and marzipan. The taste is dry and strong, warm and soft on the finish, with a good persistence, which makes it a perfect companion for desserts and sweet dishes.
