The Grappa Quattromani is elegant, refined and very special. It 's the only grappa in the world to be conceived in symbiosis by four friends associated producers: Guido Brivio from Mendrisiotto, Claudio Tamborini from Lugano, Angelo Delea from Locarno and Feliciano Gialdi from Tre Valli. It comes from the careful selection of Merlot grape pomace distilled slowly by direct steam to extract the best part, the heart, at the Delea distillery in Losone.
Refined by time, pleasantly modified in its amber color by the long aging in fine French oak barrels and in its complexity of vanilla aromas.
This variegated and virile grappa with aromas of Havana, vanilla, spices and dried fruit, is fine elegant and pleasantly harmonious.Aged 6/8 years in barriques of fine French oak Allier, Limousin, Nevers.
