As is well known, in the Swiss farming culture of the past, the size of harvests was imagined in relation to the cycles of the moon, in the 'reading' of which the full moons were of prime importance. When the full moons were irregular, poor harvests were expected, and when they were not, good harvests were expected and, consequently, economic prosperity.

Dry, savoury, intense and persistent on the palate, with notes of white flowers, lime and white peach.
A well-balanced, smooth and round wine that is very well suited to being enjoyed throughout a meal, at a recommended serving temperature of 5°-7°C. A fresh and harmonious nectar, denoted by a not too high acidity, which refreshes and charms the palate.
Perfect with salads, fresh cheeses, vegetable pies and lake fish.
