Marengo is vinified with Merlot grapes with a complete destemming and a fermentation at controlled temperatures. A light wine, ready to be enjoyed.

The colour is ruby red with purple reflexes, and the perfume intense and fruity. The taste is enjoyable and persistent.

Ideal with a platter of Ticino cured meat or with cheese from the Swiss Italian Alps.
